Do you take walk-ins?
No. Lashout is a private home studio and Sarah sees one client at a time, so every appointment is booked in advance online with a $10 deposit.
Where is Lashout located?
Lashout is a private home studio in Milton, Ontario, serving clients from Milton, Oakville, Burlington and Mississauga. It's a private home studio, so the exact address is only shared with booked clients once the deposit is paid.
What's the difference between classic and hybrid lashes?
Classic places 1 extension on each natural lash for a soft, mascara-like look. Hybrid blends classic and volume 50/50 for a fuller, textured effect without going fully dramatic. A classic full set is $80 and a hybrid full set is $90.
How often do I need a fill?
Book a fill within 2-3 weeks of your last appointment to keep your set full. After 3 weeks it's booked as a full set. Fills start at $50.
How do I pay?
The $10 deposit is paid online when you book and comes off your total. The rest is paid at your appointment by cash or e-transfer.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
Message Sarah at least 24 hours before your appointment to reschedule (Instagram DM @lashout.ca, text (437) 365-4635 or email lashoutca@outlook.com). Deposits are non-refundable. A $10 fee applies if you arrive 10 or more minutes late, and the appointment may be cancelled if you're 25 or more minutes late.
Can you remove lash extensions from another salon?
Yes. If you have a set from another artist, book a removal before your new set. Removal is $15 and takes about 20 minutes. A cream remover gently breaks down the adhesive.
Is there a rewards program?
Yes. Lashout Rewards gives you 1 stamp for every paid appointment (4 stamps: $10 off, 8 stamps: $25 off). Check your card at lashout.studio/loyalty.
