These policies keep the studio running smoothly for every client. By booking an appointment, you agree to the terms below.

Deposits are non-refundable
The $10 deposit secures your appointment and applies toward your total on the day of service.

Services are non-refundable
All sales are final. A free fix is redeemable within 48 hours of your appointment.

Arrive with clean lashes — no makeup or oils
A $5 cleansing fee applies if your lashes arrive with product, due to additional time and supplies.

Arrive on time — not early, not late
A $10 fee applies if you are 10+ minutes late. Appointments are subject to cancellation if 25+ minutes late.

No foreign refills
If a previous lash set from another artist is on, please book a removal before your new set.
- 06
No guests
The studio is home-based and cannot accommodate guests, children, or plus-ones.
- 07
Book a fill within 2–3 weeks
Anything beyond 3 weeks is considered a full set and must be booked as such.
